Euro Property Concierge is a family-run, Australian-owned business, born out of our experience making the dream of an endless summer a reality, and our desire to help others do the same.

Our overseas property journey began in May 2019 when we purchased a charming two-bedroom apartment in Scalea, Italy. The apartment has breathtaking views, is just a short stroll from the beach, and its location on the west coast of Italy treats us to spectacular sunsets.

The COVID-19 pandemic initially delayed our plans to enjoy the apartment ourselves, but it has since become a haven for our family, friends, and other visitors who have all fallen in love with the region. Many people express surprise at our "lucky" investment, but we believe that anyone with the desire and resources can achieve the same.

Having lived overseas for 13 years (in Papua New Guinea, the United Kingdom, the British Virgin Islands, and Vanuatu) and visited over 70 countries, we understand the unique challenges of relocating and buying property abroad.

After retiring in June 2023, we embarked on a 6-month European adventure, using our Italian apartment as a base to explore 14 countries. Inspired by the magic of Europe, we decided to share our experience and expertise with others. We realised that many people dream of owning property in Europe but don't know where to start or who to trust. That's where we come in.

We've established partnerships with trusted professionals (real estate agents, lawyers, and tax advisors) in several European destinations. Our real estate agents have extensive knowledge of the local property market, our lawyers are well-versed in international property laws, and our tax advisors can help you navigate the tax implications of overseas property ownership. We've personally met with these experts and are confident in their ability to guide you through the entire process.
